At the root is disconnection

✦ Because we have become so disconnected from nature, we have also become disconnected from ourselves.

✦ This disconnection prevents us from trusting the wisdom of our bodies, and causes us to override our instincts.

✦ It is stressful to our nervous systems when we don't give ourselves the rest, nourishment, and support that we really need.

✦ This makes us more reactive and sensitive, and causes our bodies to raise the volume on the alarm until we pay attention.

✦ We end up feeling pain because our nervous system feels threatened. We end up feeling depleted because we are depleted. It makes so much sense, and it doesn't have to be this way.

✦ We already have the answers within. When we learn to listen to our bodies, we don't have to guess what we need.

The core of my work is helping people to reconnect to their own wisdom so they can restore their vitality and shine the way they are meant to.

Let's work together to help you shift from surviving to thriving.
