Where Should I Start?

That depends upon your goals and capacity. Taking a yoga class is a great way to build a connection and to experience my style in action.

If you are in a place where you need to receive some healing, booking a CranioSacral session is a great place to start. You get to rest and replenish and feel deeply cared for. This is my favorite treatment to give, and it has far reaching benefits as a standalone treatment.

If you want to understand why you are experiencing pain or other symptoms, and you want to take an active role in addressing your concerns, book a Path to Wellness Starter Package. We will start with an assessment to understand your constitution and the root causes of your symptoms. We’ll create a personalized plan to help you heal your nervous system and restore your vitality.

CAN I WORK WITH YOU IF I DON'T HAVE Pain?

Absolutely! I am a physical therapist, but I’m also an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, yoga teacher, and CranioSacral Therapist. I work with people at all stages of healing; from prevention to intervention. When we work together, we address your individual health goals with a personalized wellness plan that includes energy management, stress management, nourishment and movement specific to your constitution, nervous system regulation, self-care, embodied experiences, and hands-on healing.

I can support you with meeting your health and wellness goals. I’m a physical therapist, and I specialize in supporting people with persistent pain by calming the nervous system. But I’m also an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, which means I help people develop personalized wellness practices that support all aspects of wellness at all stages of health. Here are some of the reasons why people choose to work with me:

Do you Accept Insurance?

I am not contracted with any insurance companies because I want the freedom to meet my clients where they are and to offer the care that best serves their needs. Insurance does not cover the main modalities I use in my practice, and I believe that decisions about your care should be made between me and you, and not the insurance company. This also allows me to focus on your care, which typically results in lower overall costs. We can develop a treatment plan that is realistic and sustainable, and takes into consideration your goals, priorities, available time, and resources.

If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, you may be able to be reimbursed by your insurance for your out-of-pocket costs. I am happy to provide you with a superbill for physical therapy services that you may submit to your insurance provider if you would like to seek out-of-network reimbursement.

What payment methods do you accept?

If you have an FSA or HSA, you can use those funds to work with me 1:1. You can also use any major credit card to pay for services online. If you would like to pay by cash or check, please send me a message and I can help you register in a way that will allow you to bring your payment to your first session. Payment plans for packages are also available.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment is due at the time of booking, unless prior arrangements or payment plans have been made. When we decide to work together, we enter into a partnership. I will reserve time to work with you, and appreciate your reciprocation. Please arrive on time to appointments, and reserve 90 minutes for initial evaluations and 60 minutes for follow-ups. Refunds are not available, but appointments can be rescheduled and funds applied to rescheduled appointments if changes are made at least 48 hours in advance. Monday appointments must be rescheduled by the preceding Thursday at 8 am to give time to offer that appointment time to another client. With the exception of emergencies, if you do not provide at least 48 hours of notice to reschedule an appointment, you will be charged for your session.
